Depression needs to be treated, although we believe in natural remedies, such as herbs, exercise, positive mind set, and a good whole food balanced diet, it is still advisable to go see professionals for anxiety before depression sets in. depression can be an even bigger drain than anxiety. The condition can interfere with ones lives and make it very difficult to move forward if gets to bad.

Headaches, facial pain, overall tiredness are more signs of depression. Everyone gets depressed from time to time, however, feeling this way all the time day after day will not only have an impact on your health, it will keep you  down, you will find it hard to move forward, and the future will become less bright if action is not started.

Depression can be a strange condition, it can affect people both emotionally and physicals, many people only suffer from one side of the condition, however, many people, sadly, suffer from both side, emotional and physical resulting in a huge drain on ones self.

Other symptoms of anxiety and depression are a stiff neck, tension in the neck, aching legs an arms, tingling sensations, palpations, irregular heart beat, appetite loss. Upset stomach, bowel problems and over all muscle pain when no physical work has been done.

Beating Anxiety and depression

The best way to combat these ailments is to take part in constructive activities which help your mind, body, and spirit balance in a positive way. The key word is balance, yo need this in your life, without it, you melatonin levels will get messed up and this is when problems such as depression and anxiety occur. Take part in exercise, find a relaxing hobby, and find a constructive hobby.

Try and pursue a job, or business you enjoy, if your heart is not in your work, you will eventually get down, suffer from exhaustion. If you are excited about your work, although you will get tired, you will not get tired from your work.
