However, it is possible to do a depression and self test to see if you are suffering from some form of depression. If you are planning to go to your doctors regarding depression, then it may be an idea to do a self test so that you can know yourself if you are suffering from depression.
Although we believe it to be common sense to know if you are suffering from depression, some people are still unsure. We are going to give you some basic points that you should be saying not at all to if you are not depressed, if you are depressed you will probably be thinking to your self yes as we go over some basic points.

People who are depressed generally feel sad and irritable for many hours of the day, if you can relate to this, then you are probably depressed in some form, if not then this is a good sign that you may just be down.
If the future looks hopeless to you, then this may be a sure sign you are depressed, if you are thinking the future is bright, this is positive, and we suggest you stay in this frame of mind. What good is it being negative in the end, it gets you no where.
Winners fail, they fail again, they keep on trying, they get hit down, they keep going forward, bouncing back, eventually they start to win in their life. This is persistence and positive mental attitude. Being depressed wont let you do not become someone, nor will you ever reach goals.

If you think of yourself as a failure, have low self esteem and feel inadequate or even inferior to others, this is a sure sign of depression. We suggest you start to think positive, and start to think of how can I become better than what I am currently am.
Set your self on path to change your situation. Its always going to be hard work in life, but it doesn’t all have to be so bad. You simply have to start seeing things in a different way, re programme your mind.
If you have trouble making up your mind, are self critical, feel resentful, and are generally angry for the majority of time throughout the day, then we would say you are for sure, suffering from depression.
Remember, once you have found out that you are depressed, it isn’t the end of the world, and you may be even diagnosed with manic depression. This is a severe depression condition that can often take months, even years to get over. However, with the right attitude, the right people around you, it doesn’t all have to be so bad. We suggest you surround yourself with winners and set on a new plan to achieve personal burning goals.
